Was England's Win Over Ukraine in the Euro 2020s a Good Win?

Hard to class 4–0 as anything but good. Ukraine were not vastly inferior and England kept pressing on them, showing a strong performance.

4–0 is always a good result. On top of that, England played great and entertaining football. With 10 shots, 6 on target, and 622 passes, England's performance was exceptional, not to mention the four goals scored.

While it was a win, with a score of 4–0, it was somewhat acceptable. Ukraine were indeed very poor, and it seems England have yet to face a strong opposition team. This will certainly change in the semi-final, where they will be up against a tougher team.

To be honest, I fell asleep after the first half and woke up when the credits were rolling. Upon learning that Kane scored two of England's four goals, I muttered "nuts" and shrugged it off. However, if Denmark manages to beat the Czech Republic, with their taller team, then England might have a better chance of advancing to the final stage of the tournament.

Some people argue that all wins are good wins, but was it a particularly special win? In my opinion, it didn't leave me feeling proud and excited. While England demonstrated a strong performance, the opposition viewed the Ukrainian team wasn't particularly formidable. This win, while positive, doesn't necessarily reflect the level of skill and teamwork England can achieve against a more competitive team.

Overall, the 4–0 victory over Ukraine can be considered a good result, but with the knowledge that England still needs to face more challenging matches in the future. It remains to be seen how they will perform against teams like Denmark.
