The Alleged 5 Million Payment Allegation Against President Biden: Debunked and Misinforming

The recent claims about President Biden being allegedly paid $5 million by an agent of Burisma Holdings have sparked significant debate and scrutiny. However, the claim has been thoroughly debunked, revealing a concocted narrative by an individual who has now admitted to acting as an agent of the Russians and been arrested for lying to the FBI.

Falsified Claims and the Lily Smoke Cover-Up

The credibility of the allegations has been severely compromised due to the arrest of the individual who made the allegations. This person, a so-called “former FBI source,” has been determined to have lied. This is not surprising considering how often such false claims are made and subsequently exposed for what they are.

The individual in question is Mr. Smirnoff, the star witness for Comer’s oversight committee. Smirnoff has now been arrested for lying to the FBI. He was expected to provide proof that Burisma paid Joe Biden and Hunter Biden significantly. However, the evidence provided by Smirnoff proved to be entirely lacking, leading to his arrest and admission of being an agent of the Russians and lying to the authorities.

No Evidence of Payments

A key point in the debunking of the claim is the utter lack of evidence of any such payments. It is critical to note that no financial transactions or proof of the alleged payments have been presented. The narrative that Burisma paid millions to get a prosecutor known as Viktor Shokin fired is now challenged by the findings that both the USA and the EU were in favor of Shokin’s dismissal due to unrelated reasons. The suggestion that Biden could have stopped aid to Ukraine in exchange for such payments is also untenable, as Biden was implementing Obama’s foreign policy in Ukraine.

The Truth Behind Viktor Shokin

Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor general, was not actually investigating Burisma or any corruption in Ukraine. In fact, when the UK froze 23 million British pounds of Burisma funds and asked Shokin to investigate, he refused and got the UK to release the cash. This refusal indicates that Shokin was not working against Burisma’s interests, but rather protected them from investigations that were not related to their operations.

When Shokin was eventually fired, the government opened Burismas books. Despite the lack of charges, Burisma paid $7.44 million in late taxes and penalty fees. This further undermines the claim that Burisma was willing to pay millions to remove someone who was protecting them. It is logical that Burisma would pay such a sum to clear their financial obligations, not to remove a prosecutor.

Legal and Constitutional Ramifications

If it can be proven beyond a doubt, the US Constitution mandates that President Biden should be impeached for bribery. This would be a significant moment in American political history, underscoring the importance of verifying claims before they become widely accepted.

It is essential to verify all claims and understand the context of events. The allegations against President Biden are no different. While the initial claims were sensationalized and misleading, the truth is now emerging and it is clear that the narrative needs to change.

As we move forward, it is crucial to maintain a rigorous standard in investigations and claims. The evidence and facts must be presented objectively and without bias to ensure that justice is served.
