Strategies and Stories in Intraday Trading
Hey traders! Let’s dive into some exciting trading stories and share some valuable insights from the intraday market.
Success Stories: Deep Buys and Short Trades
Today, it was a day of deep buys and short trades, and I managed to secure two fantastic opportunities that yielded significant intraday profits. This success wouldn't have been possible without the guidance of the Eqwires Research Analyst. They provided strategic trades that delivered incredible returns. I owe a huge 'thank you' to EQWIRES for their insight and support!

Profit from Both Futures and Cash Trading
Not all successful trades are confined to futures and options. I recently held DLF for a week, and my initial investment of 22,500 resulted in a profit of around 3200. Although my target stands at 360-370, I'm still holding the stock as I believe it has more to offer. This underscores the importance of choosing the right stocks and exercising patience. Trading in cash can be just as lucrative as trading in futures and options!

A Personal Experience: A High Profits in Just an Hour
On June 3rd, 2021, I decided to track Adani Enterprises and Adani Ports, given the significant market interest. Adani Enterprises had already gained 25% in recent days, and I was uncertain whether it would continue rising or consolidate. After conductive some technical analysis, I concluded that it would initially rise and break its first pivot on a 15-minute chart.
At 9:08 AM, which was just before the opening, the stock settled at a high of 15,641.5. I knew after the pre-opening high, it would likely rise initially and then fall. I decided to buy at 15,55, which was the lowest it had reached. I set a target at 1595 (first pivot), and the stock rose at an incredible pace, reaching my target within the first 15 minutes. I then increased the target to 1623, which took an hour to reach. Consequently, I made a whopping 11,000 rupees in less than an hour with an initial investment of 40,000, which is more than a 25% return.
But for all the newbies out there who are eager to jump into trading, remember that the market can be a trap. You can only truly beat the market with experience and proper knowledge. Start by trading with a small amount and do paper trading for the first few weeks. This can be a humbling experience, but it's the best way to avoid significant losses. I’ve personally lost thousands due to lack of experience, and it’s a lesson I won’t forget!
