Personal Experience Testimonials
I believe that a lot has to do with which course you use for your prep. I used Rogers and I am now all done. He does a fabulous job preparing his students very well. The better prepared that you are the more comfortable you’ll be on exam day. Good luck!
Oh goodness I can completely relate to your question! I am HORRIBLY a bad test taker. My first instinct will be on the right response, and then I'll somehow talk myself out of it and choose the wrong answer. I’m ridiculously good at doing that. I’ve learned that the best thing to do is trust my initial instinct and practice a lot using a very good study review program. I was using a different CPA course review but when I was having no luck passing FAR I tried out Roger CPA review and passed my first CPA exam with a significant increase in my score. His lectures are entertaining and memorable, and you’re not overwhelmed with the amount of MCQs or TBSs that you need to get through. I also really enjoy how he walks you through on how to approach solving a question; this is especially helpful for us who are not the best with taking tests. Good luck to you!
